All are welcome. Whanau Day Out will be held on Saturday the 25th March 2006 at Parrs Park, 471 west Coast Road, in the Auckland suburb of Glen Eden. There is plenty of On Site Parking available, with plenty of additional street parking. These are some tips to help you enjoy the attractions and activities: Lost Children will be announced from the stage, where the lost children collection point is. Emergency gathering location is at the higher field, on the western side of Parr's Park. Please be considerate to others. Ezekiel 33 Trust & The NZ Police will have people on site to assist with parking, events, stall holders, and the general public. Bring a blanket and other comforts so you can spread your family out on the grass to relax. Toilets are at the play area at Parr's Park and Port-a-Loos are provided on site. Check our traffic & Parking information to help smooth the traffic flow. Please do not park in the swimming pool's car park. Many Food Stalls are available. Bring something to drink or buy drinks from the drink stalls. The event site administration facility is in a tent next to the stage. First Aid is provided at the administration tent, by two first aid personnel You can check the performance times before coming. So bring all the family along, and your friends.
