Ezekiel 33 events are assisted with teams of volunteers who believe in the
Ezekiel 33 vision of "Building Stronger Communities".
Our Team of volunteers are the power house to our events. We all share a common heartbeat of "our love for the community". Many of these volunteers have been with us from the beginning, some new to us on the day.
From a management perspective, running large community events comes with a huge weight of responsibility. No Ezekiel 33 event is to be taken lightly with OSH controls and crowd safety management a number one priority.
When managing crowds in the thousands, all personnel in red T-shirts are required to be vigilant watchmen for both inner and outer perimeters of our site. Gang colours, bandanas, youth gatherings, alcohol consumption and any other signs that could be a possible risk are dealt with promptly.
However, just as important, our "Team" are all grassroots, all very committed and trained to engage the community at every level.
