Every year, Ezekiel 33 head to the Waitangi Celebrations promoting a "Auahi Kore" message. Our motive is simple "It's all about the Whanau".

For us to push a Health & Wellbeing message at a grassroots level means our people are able make informed decisions.

Knowledge is power and we believe our smokefree message at the Waitangi Celebrations empowers our people! It's our way of "sharing the love".

This year at Waitangi 2006 saw us talk with hundreds of people, sharing stories, and giving away hundreds of brochures, flyers and posters.

We also went one step further and went on a stamping campaign of putting smokefree tattoo's on people! Well over 100 people stepped up to the challenge of wearing the Smokefree tattoo's and that was a statement in itself.... moreso, when people were keen to wear it on their necks and on their faces. Aue!
