As with any new legislation, it brings with it a new way of doing things... it's a new regime! Te Puni Kokiri, The Charities Commission, Inland Revenue and members of local maori trusts met together to hear "WHY" registering their Trusts with the Charities Commisions is not only voluntary, but very necessary!
