Ezekiel 33 Trust reserves the right to remove any stall or stallholders not complying with these terms!

SITE RULES

• NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS
• We go RAIN or SHINE!
• Site opens7.30am - stalls set up between 7.30am - 9am.
• Stalls must be set up by 9am.
• The event site is “SMOKE FREE”. No smoking is permitted on site.
• The event site is “Alcohol FREE”. No drinking is permitted on site.
• Take your site directions from Traffic Pointsmen - they are the onsite authority.
• Always drive slowly and only within the marked coned areas.
• Please avoid bad language, poor behaviour on site as there will be many young observers.
• Always be mindful of children and pedestrians when driving on site.
• Upon set up, please unload and remove your vehicle from site asap to avoid traffic congestion.
• If your stall is fundraising - please provide a letter from the organisation stating this (on letterhead).
• Stallholder to keep their stall site and 2m surrounding their stall clean.
• Stallholder to remove all their own rubbish from site.
• Please ensure high OSH standards are maintained in your stall area at all times
• Generators out of reach of public, electrical cords secured and away!
• Gas BBQ’s, heat out of reach of public

STALL VEHICLES

• One vehicle parking pass per stall holder
• No vehicles to be parked on site (unless authorized by event co-ordinator – prior arrangements only)
• Always be mindful of children and pedestrians when driving on site
• Always drive slowly and only within the marked cone areas

SITE COSTS: Per Day - Incl GST (Stallholders to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, power etc)

• 3m x 3m $ 300
• 3m x 6m $ 350
• 3m x 9m $ 380
• vehicle stalls are $380 (caravans, trucks, trailers)

• Waitakere City Council - Food Stall Operating Requirements (Food stallholder’s only)
• Waitakere City Council – Sausage Sizzles & BBQ’s (Food stallholder’s only)
• One Vehicle Pass (sent upon receiving site confirmation and payment)
• Receipt of Payment (sent upon receiving site confirmation and payment)
